Let me start by saying I hope the best for those injured today in the cowardice attacks at the Boston Marathon and a prayer for those families that lost loved ones that were enjoying a accomplishment of running over 26 miles. God Bless
I am a firm believer in the due process of law, however I would like to see some of the laws changed to reflect the fact we as Americans and we as a civil nation are tired of this crap. I propose that anyone that can be caught planning or committing a act of terrorism be given their day before a judge and if found guilty, with evidence much more than just here say, be shot at sundown. Our nation is taken advantage of by people, sects, and nations that know we give second chances. Do you think for a minute Britain would not have hanged every man that signed our Declaration of Independence if they had gotten a chance?? They would have. Our founders wanted a country that was not tyrant driven and in theory it is a wonderful idea. We have become the substitute teacher of the world, by that I mean you can still get sent to the office but it takes a lot, more than with your regular teacher
Do I have all the answers? No. But I would start with my first suggestions about the sundown rule. We want a better world, a better country and better communities then we all need to be accountable for our actions and those of our families. We need to quit laughing off when a kid smarts off or hits a animal or any of a plethora of small events that has brought our standard of living down
Marathon runners I hope this doesn't stop you from continuing to train and accomplish your goal of running 26 miles. God bless and don't let the bastards get you down
